In 2001, an entrepreneur was doing research on a home computer. From that research came a company called Business Essentials. Business Essentials was a Certified Minority Owned Business whose focus was on recycling toner, and at times recycling computer equipment. The core business consisted of hospitals in AL, GA, KY, and TN. There were many businesses not in the medical field that took advantage of these services as well.

Customers were pleased with the recycling aspect, but wanted to know if they could purchase toner. Well, one thing led to another, and ITS ONLY INK came about as a subsidiary of Business Essentials. ITS ONLY INK only sold toner at that time.

After a few years Business Essentials was dissolved due to the economy taking a turn for the worse. Business relationships in AL and GA were severed. The subsidiary, ITS ONLY INK, continued and survived the economic hardship.

In 2010, ITS ONLY INK's status changed from being a sole proprietorship to the corporation it is today. Many of Business Essentials customer relationships that were in AL, KY, and TN were renewed and are now ITS ONLY INK, CORP. customers. Our focus is to provide options in relation to purchasing and recycling toner and computer equipment.

In case you are wondering, the individual that was doing research on a home computer in 2001, is also the Founder and CEO of ITS ONLY INK, CORP. While this person remains anonymous, they are still around taking care of sales and picking up toner as an employee. Why? Because, in order to move forward, you must remember where you have been or you may loose what you thought you had. Therefore, the focus is never put on this individual, only the task at hand.
